Photo litho is produced using alumium light sensitive litho plates. Participants will draw up each colour on transparent drawing media which is then photo exposed onto the plates.
Once the plates are developed, the drawn area is receptive to ink applied with a roller and the clean areas are receptive to water, meaning they don’t pick up any ink. The paper is applied directly to the inked plate, run through the press revealing the print.
This course is suitable for all levels of printing including complete beginners.
