Update on the Inverness BID Renewal Ballot
A ballot is to be held on the proposal to renew the Inverness Business Improvement District (BID) for Inverness City Centre for a further five-year period, from 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2028.
The ballot will be conducted entirely by post on behalf of the Ballot Holder — The Highland Council’s Chief Executive — by the Independent Scrutineer, Civica Election Services (CES) of 33 Clarendon Road, London N8 0NW.

Posted to all eligible owners and tenants for the properties they own or lease in the BID area.

Ballot papers sent
Issued to those eligible to vote, together with the ballot pack and business plan.

Return deadline — 5pm
Completed ballot papers must be returned to CES no later than 5pm.
Fri 24 Mar 2023
Count & result
The count takes place and the result is published before 5pm on the same day.
