Inverness BID manages the Coach Friendly facility on Ardross Street during the summer months, where our Coach & Visitor Ambassadors welcome passengers arriving from cruise ships and visiting coach tours.

Our Ambassadors greet coach and cruise passengers as they arrive, setting the tone for a memorable Highland visit.

They manage the coach parking bays at the Coach Friendly facility on Ardross Street throughout the summer season.

Coach Friendly

Awarded Coach Friendly status

In 2016 we were awarded Coach Friendly status by the Confederation of Passenger Transport, in recognition of the excellent facilities and service Inverness BID provides to visitors and coaches.
